Please carefully review the ENTRY INFORMATION and the image submission guidelines below.

Please complete this form and upload your image(s) directly through the form. Please note that the teacher is responsible for verifying that all appropriate student/parent/guardian release forms are on file in your school/district office for any images depicting minors and that all submitted artifacts may be publicly displayed on the internet by FCSS.

This form must be completed by 11:59 PM on February 12, 2026.

IMAGE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • IMAGE RESOLUTION: Only upload high resolution images (1 MB or larger). Maximum image size is 10 MB. Images that are too small or low quality will not be included.
  • IMAGE TITLE and DESCRIPTION: These files are limited to 100 characters and 750 characters, respectively.
  • NUMBER OF SUBMISSIONS: Teachers may submit up to 5 student entries per class. Parents/guardians may submit 1 entry per child and no more than 5 entries per household (unless otherwise approved by the FCSS Arts Education Director). You will need to complete this form for each submission.
  • PERMISSIONS: Teachers, please ensure that you have parent/guardian permission for ALL submissions before you share them with us, as they will be posted on our webpage and available to the public. For any images containing minors, schools and districts are responsible for verifying that all appropriate release forms are on file at the school/district office.

NOTE: The submission form should be visible below. If you see an error message from Google, please try the following:

  1. Try accessing the site from an incognito window in your Chrome browser or a "private window" in another browser.
  2. Try using a different browser to access the site.
  3. Try clearing your browser cache.
