Please note that the teacher is responsible for verifying that all appropriate student/parent/guardian release forms are on file in your school/district office for any images depicting minors and that all submitted artifacts may be publicly displayed on the internet by FCSS.

IMAGE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

• IMAGE RESOLUTION: Only upload high resolution images (1 MB or larger). Maximum image size is 10 MB. Images that are too small or low quality will not be included.
• IMAGE TITLE and DESCRIPTION: These files are limited to 100 characters and 500 characters, respectively.
• NUMBER OF SUBMISSIONS: This form only allows for the submission of one image at a time, however, teachers may submit up to 5 images per class, parents/guardians may submit 1 image per child and no more than 5 images per household (unless otherwise approved by the FCSS Arts Education Director). You will need to complete this form for each image submission.
• PERMISSIONS: Teachers, please ensure that you have parent/guardian permission for ALL submissions before you share them with us, as they will be posted on our webpage and available to the public. For any images containing minors, schools and districts are responsible for verifying that all appropriate release forms are on file at the school/district office.
